Shipping policy

At Sitafal, we ship your order either directly from us or from the designer. If your purchase includes items from multiple designers, they will arrive in separate packages.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide via leading international courier services like FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on your country. All domestic orders within India are shipped through DTDC.

When Will My Order Ship?

We take up to 2 business days to process and dispatch your order.

  • International orders: Expect delivery within 14 business days from the shipping date.
  • Domestic orders (India): Expect delivery within 5 business days from the shipping date.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your local customs office may charge additional import duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer.
Please note: If a package is abandoned due to unpaid customs, no refunds will be issued.

If Delivery Fails

  • If your delivery fails due to:
  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

…we are not responsible for return shipping fees or any customs duties/taxes incurred during the return process.

  • Once your package is returned to us, we cannot refund:
  • The original shipping fees (if any)
  • Customs/taxes charged in your country or in India
  • Return shipping charges

If you’d like the package re-shipped, new shipping charges will apply.

Want an Out of Stock Design?

If an item you love is out of stock and you’d like it made again, drop us a message at contact@sitafal.design. We’ll do our best to help.

Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  1. Check with your neighbours or building staff.
  2. Look for a nearby pickup point or delivery locker.
  3. The courier might have marked it delivered by mistake and will deliver it the next day.
